The AmeriCAL Process

When you first contact AmeriCAL, you will be introduced to one of our Customer Service Representatives. Our internal system was designed so that you can speak with any Representative about your quote or order, but you may request to speak with a specific Representative.

We can work up catalog and custom quotes to fax or e-mail to you for your review. Once you place an order online, by fax or e-mail you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address we have on file for your account. By logging on to your account online, you can track your order’s progress as it goes through our plant. A shipment confirmation will be e-mailed to you when it has been scanned out of our plant. The UPS tracking number is provided and is linked to UPS to track your shipment (if your order is shipped by a different carrier, your tracking number is available upon request). You can also track your shipment by logging on to your account.
